I have worked over 20 years in the health and safety industry. Providing consultations and training to companies and individuals who are interested in making a difference for themselves or for those they serve.

My career focus has been in injury prevention for large and small companies and overall wellness as I am an advocate for one trying to be their best. I have a M.S. in Occupational Safety and Health and have a Health Coaching and Life Coaching certification from Health Coach Institute in 2022.

I work as a wellness advocate for a major essential oil company and I have incorporated these all natural solutions into my practice. These all natural solutions can replace any medicine cabinet in a home.

Having a personal mission of impacting positive change in people's lives to assist them with reaching their physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual needs makes my company the perfect fit for implementation of wellness in people's lives.
